About Smarana | Past Life Regression & Akashic Records Center in Delhi NCR

Smarana is a space for inner healing, self-discovery and spiritual exploration, where we work with different spiritual and healing modalities to help people look deeper into their experiences, emotions, energies, patterns and life journeys.

Our work includes Past Life Regression, Akashic Records, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Healing, Meditation and Tarot Reading. Each of these modalities offers a different way of looking within, exploring the deeper layers of our being and understanding those aspects of life that may not always be accessible to our conscious, everyday mind.

Smarana was created  by Ms. Neelam Singh through the blessings, guidance and messages that we received from our spiritual masters during many years of exploring the inner mysteries of life. What began as a personal search for understanding our own journey gradually became a journey of helping others explore their own inner world and spiritual journey for their own healing and transformation.

Our services are available via 1-on-1 In-Person Sessions in Delhi NCR as well as Online distance Sessions across India, USA, UK, UAE, and worldwide.

Pillars of Smarana’s Philosophy of Healing

A Journey Within

There are many questions in life for which we may not find answers through the logical and conditioned mind alone.

  • Why do certain patterns keep repeating in our lives?
  • Why do we experience emotions, fears or connections that seem difficult to understand?
  • Why do some relationships feel deeply familiar like we have known them for a long time, and some feel very distant despite being so close?
  • Why do certain things happen, and why do they affect us so much?
  • And sometimes, beyond all these questions, problems, disturbance, there is simply a deeper longing to understand who we really are and why we are here.

At Smarana, we work with the belief that such questions and their answers can be explored and discovered by going within — into the deeper layers of our consciousness, the unconscious mind, the soul, and the spiritual dimensions of our existence.

This is where Smarana’s work begins.

Our aim is not about simply helping the seeker to find an answer to one particular problem. The deeper purpose always remains is to help people understand their core nature, recognise healthy and unhealthy patterns, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with one’s own inner being to be able to continue living a harmonious and peaceful life.

We Are Only a Medium

At Smarana, we do not see ourselves as the ultimate source of the work.

We consider ourselves only the medium through which the guidance, healing, and understanding can unfold. We believe that the deeper work and revelations come only through the Divine, the Universe, our spiritual masters and guides, and ultimately through the individual’s own connection with their soul.

Whatever happens during a session or reading is therefore not something we claim as our own power. We remain grateful to be the medium through which our seekers may receive an insight, experience, understanding, or healing that they were ready to discover.

The role of a spiritual practitioner is to create a safe and receptive space, guide the process, and help a person explore and understand what comes forward. That is what we try to do at Smarana — to help a person connect more deeply with their own inner strength, their own soul, rather than becoming vulnerable or dependent on the practitioner or the process.

Inner Healing and Transformation

Healing isn’t simply about getting rid of a problem as quickly as possible.

It is also about understanding and transformation.

Exploring our past lives or going beyond the conditioned conscious mind helps us understand our fears, insecurities, emotions, relationships, recurring patterns, past karmas, spiritual influences, and the experiences that have shaped us.

Our philosophy is rooted in “Find Your Real self” as the true answers, true reasons and the solutions of whatever is happening to you can only be unlocked once you find your true self and embrace it.

Sometimes it is done through searching for the answers or causes in the past. Sometimes it is done through releasing the suppressed emotions, or removing an emotional or energetic link. Sometimes it is simply done through the deeper understanding of our journey and becoming more aware of our core personality and strength, or simply who we are.

As we begin to understand ourselves at a deeper level, something will start to shift deep within us. This shift is awareness. That becomes the first and most important step towards our deepest healing and transformation. Through awareness, old patterns may become more visible and easy to understand. Emotions that were hidden or suppressed may start coming to the surface. We may begin to see relationships and experiences from another perspective. And slowly, there can be a movement from confusion towards understanding, from feelings lost to getting more awareness, from fear towards strength, from bondage towards liberation, and from being disconnected from ourselves towards feeling more connected with life.

This is the kind of inner healing and transformation that we seek to support through our work.

Neelam Singh - Founder of Smarana and Past Life Regression Therapist in Delhi NCR

Meet Neelam Singh

Founder of Smarana | Spiritual Practitioner | Past Life Regression & Akashic Records Practitioner

Neelam Singh is the founder of Smarana, a seeker and spiritual practitioner who has been exploring and sharing spiritual practices for more than two decades.

A naturally wise and simple soul, Neelam’s journey into spiritual work began not with the intention of becoming a practitioner, but with her own search for answers and solutions. Her personal experiences with fear, anxiety, insecurities, and the deeper questions surrounding life and death eventually led her towards Past Life Regression, Akashic Records, Hypnotherapy, Meditation and Spiritual Healing.

Over the past 20+ years, she has worked with more than 2,000 individuals and conducted numerous workshops and training sessions. Through this journey, she has had the opportunity to witness many different experiences and perspectives, while continuing her own search and exploration.

For Neelam, this work has never been about claiming to have all the answers. It has been a continuing journey of learning, seeking and sharing what she has discovered along the way.

Her journey from being a seeker looking for answers for herself to becoming a spiritual practitioner supporting others is deeply personal. The best way to understand that journey is perhaps through her own words.

In Her Own Words

“My journey on the path of healing and self-discovery has been long. And I must say, it is still continuing, because I believe that the search never really ends until we merge with existence — or, in other words, attain enlightenment.

I have experienced my own share of fears, insecurities, anxiety and panic attacks. One of the deepest struggles I carried from a very young age was a fear of death, due to which, at one point in my life, I was severely depressed and struggling intensely with fear and anxiety. I tried different ways to find relief, including medicines, but I only got temporary relief. The issues kept returning and forced me to keep searching for better solutions.

I then started practicing Meditation which became an important part of my life and helped me overcome much of my anxiety. Again, it helped upto some extent, but something still felt missing. The relief was much stronger, but I continued to wonder why I had such a deep fear of death when there seemed to be no obvious reason for it. There had been no particular event in my life or family that could explain where this fear had come from.

Then I found Osho, my master.

Osho - Spiritual Master and Inspiration for Smarana Healing PhilosophyI began listening to his discourses, and his references to past lives immediately caught my attention. Something within me wanted to understand this subject more deeply.

I started meditating more deeply and exploring different techniques that could help me understand the roots of my fears and experiences. Eventually, I began having visions and experiences that I understood as memories and impressions from past lives.

I did not want to simply accept these experiences without exploring them, so I took Past Life Regression sessions and workshops to explore my past lives and journey. I began researching and studying more deeply, and in the process discovered many perspectives and insights that changed the way I understood life, fear, death and human experience.

With time, the fears that had troubled me for so long began to lose their hold over me. What began as my own search for understanding gradually became a journey of healing and self-discovery.

I then felt that whatever had helped me in my own journey could perhaps also be shared with others who were searching for answers of their own.

That is how this work gradually became a part of my life, and it is what I have continued to explore and share for more than 20 years.”

A Journey That Continues

Every day, I learn something new about life and the journey of a soul. Every client or seeker I meet, and every individual who comes to me with their own story, problems, experiences, bring a different lesson, revelation, experience and a new opportunity to understand life more deeply.

I don’t see myself as someone who has all the answers, because I continue to see myself as a seeker who is still on his path. Whatever I have learned through my own experiences, spiritual practices and years of working with people, I simply try to share with those who may be facing similar issues or looking for their own answers.

The journey continues — and the search continues with it.

Krish - Akashic Records Reader and Specialist at Smarana Center

Meet Krish

A young man with an ancient soul, Krish is a graduate of Psychology, a painter, a student of Astrology, and an experienced Akashic Records reader.

Krish grew up in a family where spirituality and inner exploration were not just the subject of interests, but a natural part of life. He is the son of Ms. Neelam Singh, founder of Smarana, who has been working in the fields of Past Life Regression, Akashic Records, Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Healing for more than two decades.

Being born into a family with such a deep connection to spiritual work gave Krish an opportunity to observe and learn from this work from a very young age. Over the years, he began studying Past Life Regression, Akashic Records and Astrology, gradually developing his own understanding and way of working with these practices.

For the past three years, Krish has been actively working with Akashic Records and conducting readings for people seeking clarity and deeper understanding of their problems and experiences. His learning has also come from years of observing numerous client cases through the work at Smarana. This has given him the opportunity to explore different experiences, patterns and questions surrounding past lives and their influence on a person’s present and Future journey.

A Bridge Between Psychology and Spiritual Exploration

One of the things that brings a different dimension to Krish’s work is his background in Psychology.

While spiritual practices can offer one way of looking at a person’s experiences, psychology offers another. His study of the human mind, emotions and behaviour allows him to look at people’s experiences from both psychological and spiritual perspectives.

Krish has also been studying Astrology for several years. His understanding of astrological patterns adds another perspective to his readings and can help in exploring personality, tendencies, life patterns and possible future directions from multiple perspectives.

His interest in painting is another expression of his naturally observant and creative nature. For Krish, spirituality, psychology, astrology and creativity are not completely separate areas; each offers a different way of understanding human experience.

Continuing the Smarana Journey

With Krish becoming part of Smarana’s work, the journey that began more than two decades ago continues to evolve into a new generation.

While he carries with him the knowledge and experiences he has received through his family, he is also continuing to learn, question and develop his own understanding through his studies and work with people.

The Meaning of Smarana

Smarana means remembrance — and for us, that meaning goes much deeper than remembering something from the past. For us, it is also about remembering who you are and what bigger purpose your soul is carrying.

Remembering who we are beyond our fears, our conditioning (of the past lives and current), our roles and the circumstances of our everyday lives.

Our own journey of learning and exploration is still continuing. We do not believe that anyone ever reaches a point where there is nothing more to learn or discover (until we reach the ultimate goal of enlightenment).

We remain seekers ourselves.

And as we continue on our journey, we feel grateful for every person who becomes a part of it.
